BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSITS - You are required to pay a 50% deposit for each appointment when booking online. Deposit's are non-refundable unless a cancellation notice of 48 hours prior to the appointment has been completed 

CANCELLATIONS - Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% will be incurred unless 48 hours notice is given. No-shows will result in a cancellation fee of 100%. Appointments will not be able to be rescheduled until the payment has been made. 

LATE ARRIVAL - It is really important to arrive on time for your appointment, failing to do so may impact on your treatment. I will allow 10 minutes grace however, your scheduled treatment may be shortened or rescheduled due to limited time and you may still be charged full price. If you are running late, please get in contact to let me know. 
 
PAYMENTS - Honeydew can accept either cash or card payments, this includes contactless and Apple Pay. If you wish to pay via bank transter, please ensure this is completed immediately after your treatment. Please contact me for my bank details.
 
PATCH TESTS - A patch test is required for any tinting or perming treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failing to do so may result with your appointment being cancelled and you may still be charged.
 
SERVICE - I cannot remove / infill other technician's work. Unless the previous treatment was completed by Honeydew, please arrive to your appointment with bare nails/ lashes. Failing to do so may result with your appointment being cancelled and you may still be charged.
